Hi i have wanted a hoover power nozzle canister forEVER. But none ever come up near me, and the prices on ebay are normally a bit high. So i was wondering if anyone on here had one they'd part with, it can be a powermax, runabout, sprint, celebrity, i don't care as long as it's in relatively good shape and has a power nozzle. Thanks in advance Aiden

I have a good number of them, which I could sell. What is your budget to be able to buy one, considering shipping is probably around $50?

Tom,

Would you have a complete lux model 60 with the YELLOW lettering, and in really good condition that you would be willing too part with?

I believe I have a Hoover Concept canister with the powerdrive. It's the green one that matches the Decade 80. It DOES have the power head, but not the smaller tools. The hose is not perfect, either. It was never part of a collection. It would be a very low cost.. Also, figure the shipping from zip code 18640... Northeast Pennsylvania. I really have no use for this cleaner. Think about it. Maybe we can discuss it.

What's a Concept Canister with powerdrive? I'd love to see pictures of that!

Sorry I meant to post this a while ago but a member here contacted me by email and we made a deal. I'm however interested in a picture as I've never of such a model and I might be interested. However now that I have one it's not as urgent LOL. Thank you though.

Aiden,

John is much more of an upright guy than a canister so he got confused by the model. LOL
John's machine is a Hoover Celebrity QS series canister with Quadraflex PowerMatic nozzle. He has a few of the same model machine. It's the headlight equipped model.

Here is a Googled image of the model. I have been to John's house before and know the ones he has.

Tom has numerous Hoovers. Mostly Celebrity and Spirit models. He has an excellent condition Hoover Celebrity IV Elite, S3141-- same model as below in the ad.

What's really nice about these is the S3141 below is that brush roll uses bristle strips of a Hoover Convertible. So brush replacements are still available for these. Where as for a Quadraflex PowerMatic, the strips are discontinued and only on occasion do they pop up on eBay or another source.

Hoover Celebrity canisters are large and metal. There is a good weight to them. Shipping will be pricier for those. On the other hand a Hoover Windtunnel bagged canister has a 15" power head and requires a decent sized boxed. You're looking ballpark $40 - $55 shipping from most any destination for any power head Hoover canister. FedEx will give you the best rate for large package shipping.

Kenny It sure is. I recognize the display with the Airway to the right side.
I believe that's our presidents display :)
