My Hoover Elite hardbag broke today. A porch umbrella fell on it. It broke the hood and one of the retaining brackets. I'm crying as I'm writing this, as this was my grandmother's vacuum. There was already a small crack in the hood, and I guess the impact made it worse. If any of you guys have the parts, contact me at adin.raiche@gmai.com

Adin,

Very sorry to hear about this one, even though this Elite is not one of my most favorite vacuums! I wish you all the best!
