Wow Its been at Least year since I posted my own thread on here, Things are on the up and up and Looking good after a long time.

So I got a call a few weeks ago from a local film company wanting to rent some of my vacuums for a film shoot were they were setting up a vacuum shop.

The Commercial is for a Big USA bank ( I cant mention names yet but keep a look out on your screens in August )
Allot of USA films and Commercials are Filmed here because of the favorable climate and the favorable Rand Dollar exchange in the USA favor

The rub was they needed 19 machines and they needed all the different styles to match in colour.

I sent them some pics and they decided on the Hoover 652's In green as per one of mine , The Hoover seniors in Browny red again only one was that actual colour and Columbus vacuums in beige.

As I was not willing to damage the machines so the only option was to plasti dip them.

For those of you unfamiliar with plasti dipp Its a latex paint that is applied to any painted or plastic surface and it can last about 5 years if applied correctly can last 5 years. Its vastly popular in the Automotive industry, for quickly changing the colour of your car and when done you just peel it off no damage to the paint. When I went to get the plasti dipp mixed They had just plasti dipped a Ferrari 458 for a Movie from Red to yellow.

Any way , after working all night on the Wednesday and all through Thursday , They collected them from me at 10 pm on Thursday
