Need a small vac for the Office/Shop
Down to the Mighty Mites from Eureka & Sanitaire
The Eureka 3670G is like 60 bucks on Amazon
and the Sanitaire SC3683B is 120 bucks on Amazon.
But i don't see a dramatic difference between the two?

What am i missing?

Nothing.

Do they even still make Mighty Mites? Eureka simply badged them Sanitaire to sell to commercial buyers.

The Sanitaires have better attachments, including three classic separate Eureka small tools, a telescopic wand and a German rug/floor nozzle with metal sole plate. The cheaper Eurekas come with that horrible Victory combo dusting+upholstery tool and a plastic floor nozzle with just a squeegee. I think the Sanitaire also has a HEPA exhaust filter. It's worth the extra cost, methinks.

The Sanitaire 3687A is the best one - even comes with a separate wide floor brush:

But the only difference i saw between the A and the B were the Alum Tube for the A and plastic for the B...
