Follow up I just found that the "Sterling - Welch" Co. was a part of the "Sterling Linder" Corporation and was located downtown Cleveland. I remember going there as a child and seeing the largest Christmas Tree in doors. The vacuum obviously was made for them. Not sure if that bag was original. | ||
