hiya everyone,

I was wondering how to split the bearings from the brush roll of my 1334 hoover junior as I have removed them successfully but I cant split them open to re-grease them. any ideas on how this is done? would be much appreciated.

Jake

if you have those small bearings removed from the steel rod and removed from inside the metal housing/end caps they are recessed into, you do not need to take apart the bearing any further to grease them... There is so much slop/opening/play in the bearing you can regrease them no problem. Clean them well before re-greasing as the ball bearings should spin very freely before adding grease back to them.
