I finally got my Kirby 2C buffed up. I got this vacuum from none other than James Brown. We did a trade for the 3C that he recently shared pics of. I'm quite happy with how it turned out.

That is stunning with the plain charcoal black bag. Great shine up job too.

The Bag

The bag is a Kirby 510 bag dyed black. I didn't dye it, that's what came with it from James Brown. He is the one that dyed it black. It's alright but I'd much rather have an original but at least its black.

That is really beautiful!
Nice job buffing it out!

I like the dyed black bag, an original would really be great, though...Good Luck, hope you are able to find one.

Chad....

absolutely fantastic....and yes, that bag! Whew!
Even though it's not the original it's a damn good replacement!

Now, maybe we can do that!! Huh?

BTW guys...

"Kirby Buffing Techniques" sounds like a great clinic for the convention in August this year.

Let the board and the planners know if you're interested. I sure as hell am!

Chad, maybe you could coordinate this one? LOL!!!

Louis

Awesome Job!!!

Chad, as others have written above, that Kirby is stunning. Congratulations. Even without seeing the "before" shots, it's clear that a lot of hard work and effort went into that restoration project. You must be extremely proud. I hope you'll consider showing it off in North Canton.

Mike
