Do I oil or grease the bottom bearing on 541 type motors? Thanks.

I believe the bottom is a ball bearing, If so it has to be greased. Should only be top one that gets oiled.

Grease ball bearings, oil sleeve bearings.
Hope that helps!

The 541 uses sleeve bearings both upper and lower. It does NOT have ball bearings. The only place you put oil is on the top of the motor. The oil lubes the upper bearing and flows thru the middle of the armature via a wick to lube the lower bearing.
