Due to so many events, family things, etc. the "bash" will be postponed to November.
I'm having almost 20 relatives THIS Saturday.... a "Halloween party". So, preparations are well underway. Invitations are in the process for the "Vacuum Gang".

Dinner for the family will be:

slow-roasted boneless bbq ribs, homemade macaroni and cheese (4 cheeses), baked beans with bacon, cole slaw, hot apple cider and home made cinnamon donuts (made with mashed potatoes). These relatives loved these treats and have not had them in 35 years. I'm sure it will surprise them. All of the decorations are coming out, including towels, linens, etc. I MIGHT even have time to make Halloween curtains for the kitchen windows.
Yikes !!!!!!!

Would be so cool to see orange Constellations made up as Jack-o-Lanterns!!!! Or pumpkins carved into Constellations!!! (Did Hoover ever use the word "pumpkin" for their orange vacs?) 😀

I think one of the oranges WAS "pumpkin".

I'll have to check w/ Tom A. He'll certainly know.

I plan to 'decorate' a few vacuums w/ the Jack 'O Lantern motif.

Wishing you a Hooverific Halloween, John!

(Now why didn't the guys in North Canton ever use the word Hooverific?) 😊

Dinner is at 6.  Enter, if you dare.  Bring some Ovaltine.  No, wait... I have plenty.
