~ When I was a little boy, my mom was the music director for a large church in Virginia. One day when I was there while Mama was working with the organist on music, I wandered off to look for "the sweeper." I found the janitor, who showed me his large cleaning & supply closet. There was a huge electric floor buffer and two 518 or 519 Kirbys. (I remember that they had red circular plastic belt lifters and speckled bags.) They were stored with their handles in half-down position as they were in an alcove which is the underside of a stairway.
