I got this at a junk shop yesterday for $2.50, 1/10 their asking price. I completely took it apart and cleaned it and when I put it back together, instead of hearing a nice hum, I hear a loud terrible buzz. I'm going to take it apart again and check the carbon brushes. The motor spins fine.
