Hi, please can you guys help me out . . .

I need to replace the motor on my Henry HVR 200. I bought it around 2000, although I can't be certain of the exact year.

When I go online there seems to be many that websites claim to be suitable, but they just look like a different shape and size.

Can anyone advise the motor spec or part number that I need to order as Numatic seemed to call all their models the same HVR 200 for many years even when the spec changed.

(Please note that in the photos I had removed one of the brushes )

I would be really grateful, thanks.

So the motors in these are shit. Look out for the motor of this shape on eBay and it usally goes for about £34.99. Keep all the seals and the black retainer ring that is around the motor( it pings off with a flat head screw diver.) hope you find this helpful and the Henry is from 2001. The way to tell is the first 4 numbers on the serial number. The first 2 are the year and the second are the week.

I have chucked a Henry because the motor blew.I have another Henry of this type which has gone into early retirement because of my fear that the motor will blow.To be fair, the retired Henry is 15 and has served in a family of 7.The Henry that I chucked also had its reasons. It was used as a diy vac and then left in a damp cellar for years.

Do you guys think this one might be the right one & Pic) ?

It looks to be the closest one, and its 1100w.

Cheers
