We all had an awesome time at the vacuum convention. Had a fabulous time at Tom and Donnie's wedding reception. One last dinner together before we all say goodbye. | ||

Donnie and I celebrated our wedding, with a reception at our home on Saturday. So glad my friends in the vacuum club were able to attend our Hawaiian luau. I have never seen Owen Perkins eat, so I was very happy seeing him devour seven pulled pork Sliders. I very much enjoyed cooking for my friends, and everyone had a few glasses of "hippie juice". Thank you to all the collectors for coming, it's always sad when it has to end.

Thanks for the kind words. Donnie and I got married exactly 2 1/2 years after we met. We wanted to wait for the reception until all our vacuum friends could be here as well. The entire convention was awesome, and no one felt excluded as sometimes happens when other clubs have cliques. Thank you to everyone who came for making it a wonderful time and a cherished memory.
Remember, this happens every year. Second weekend in June at the Vacuum Museum in St. James Missouri. Plan your trip next year, right now. | ||
