It's no wonder why my allergies have been killing me at work lately. I walked into my office this morning, looked around, and just about croaked! Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING was covered in a nice thick layer of dust (cleaning crew doesn't do the greatest job in this building!) So I decided to break out my office cleaning ensemble and get to work....maybe I'll breathe a little easier now!

Used the Electrolux with the dusting brush to get everything on my desk and devices, then the Hoover to take care of the floors. Not only do they make real interesting discussion items sitting in my office, they do a great job cleaning as well!

Very nice Hoover 543. And I love that the black bumper guard on your model XXX's dusting brush is in such fabulous shape.

John, believe it or not, they don't mind me being so eclectic....of course, I like being different, to me that's what makes life fun! At this moment, I have five vacuum cleaners tucked away in my office (including the pristine Electrolux Commemorative Edition I got from Tom Gasko), and three others downstairs in a spare office! Nobody seems to mind in the slightest, in fact the XXX and old Hoover 543 really gets some conversations started....then I show them the CE I have on display....THAT really has them talking!

Tom, I honestly don't remember where I got that particular XXX from (I have so many, I can't keep up with them!), but it's in amazing condition, and the motor runs super smooth. I may be wrong, but I sort of think it may have been serviced recently before I got my hands on it as the suction seems much stronger than what some of my other XXX's have! I have the original hose as well, but I'm using one that came with a busted up LX I bought some time ago. It does leak some, but still does decently, at least enough to clean up a dusty office!
