This hose appears to have the Hoover style suction regulator. Not sure what it fits. It has a friction fit tool end as well.

That's for a Hoover tank cleaner, would fit a model 41, 42, or 55; which were out prior to the Constellation. Because it's a blueish grey hose end, I would say the model 55 to be exact.

The cuff looks much shorter though, than the one in the picture below, perhaps it was cut shorter?
