Hand washing in a mild detergent is completely fine. I've done the same with my PowerMax. Just let it hang to dry! | ||

You can probably leave it all attached, but I've always removed them. I like to leave 'no stone unturned' when servicing a machine. | ||

Hand wash... in luke warm water with Cheer color laundry soap.Rinse in cold water and hang it to dry.After it is dry spray with Magic Sizzing. It will give the bag a little body and will not restrict the air flow. Michael | ||

Vacuum the bag first before washing it; I use the Compact or Lux L with SideKick | ||

Gorgeous cleaner!!!
I've vacuumed bags before but usually with a dusting brush or bristled upholstery nozzle. I'd worry about a rotating brush being too aggressive on the material. Washing is the main thing! I've used Woolite or just a tad of Persil laundry soap. Hang/ lay flat dry. I remove springs on bags I wash or try not to get water in that area. I don't soak cloth bags long. It's more of a bobbing in the soapy solution and then out, so lettering doesn't fade and definitely no rust on the spring.
