Hey everyone! I've posted a few times and have always had such awesome help and end up walking away with my answer, maybe not my pride, but my answer 👍🏼 You are all awesome!! Sorry if this is a repost but I have searched everywhere and I just seem confused from the info I have found on the Model G motor. Here's my issue, I have a blue mode g and a tan model g the tan model was a find at a garage sale and I assumed it purred like my blue one, which belonged to my grandma, she did have a new motor put in by Electrolux in 95 ( all service recipes) and it sounds just beautiful. Assuming the tan would be the same I purchased and brought it home. I've used it here and there, but it makes horrible noises, and doesn't purr like my blue G. One day (while bored) I decided to take the tan g apart completely, and located the issue (bearing I think) I have since ordered the part and hoping its the correct fit. In turn I ended up losing track of my fan positions and order (dumb I know) I should've marked em, but Lost my mind that day.. Does anyone have a way to identify the correct order to place the motor fans after I replace the bearing. I'm sure I'm overthinking it, but I would like some confidence before I try putting it back together when the parts arrive..Just to clarify I ordered 1 small bearing and 1 sleeve, is this all I need to replace other than brushes to get that sweet sound and performance? the armature looks great and brushes are at 90% This will be my first vintage Electrolux "tune up" also if this motor is bad what alternative motors can be fit to it? Thanks!

The fan closest to the ball bearing has a flat "back". The aluminum spacer in the middle faces "up". Then put on the non-revolving stage. The top fan should have the aluminum spacer on the back of the fan.
