Finally got around to fixing the National. It needed allot of work, Motor bearings were shot , Its uses 629 bearings typical of 70's 80's and early 90's japanese vacuums.
It had a very short hose as standard , 38 MM diam so I fitted a nice long hose I had lying around, It didn't come with any further attachments other than the hose so I used a extension tube from a Lg vacuum and a floor tool from a Delphin. It works very well |

Thanks Garry
I am loving it , its so powerful and nice to use, I have been looking for a tank style vacuum to use around the house for Non carpet cleaning. I was going to use one of my Holland elecro's but have never had a chance to retsore one of them yet and this came along. Adam Thats a cool Electrolux, I have a few in that style just not those colours. |
