Would be thrilling to be there and watch some of the interesting pieces come out to see the sun? Maybe will be things you don't remember? Exciting for sure.

Been there done that many many times. The neighbors always make good clean fun of me when the yard looks like a vacuum hoard.

i'v had many mini meets where we tackle it together with Jason H, Chad C, and Kenny L. Guys I'm about ready to do it again this Summer lol

need more to do, lol. I NEED to do that as well. I'm starting to 'gear up' to do more work in the "gallery". There are vacuums , etc everywhere. I'm finding things I'd long forgotten about.
Good luck!
John

I feel so lucky that I don't have to keep my collection in my house. I know some people just put them everywhere there's an unoccupied place. The vacuums at my home are in their original boxes, and are stored in a closet - out of sight. I don't think I'd be able to have such an extensive collection if I was forced to keep them on my stairs, in spare bedrooms, and right out in the open. I know you have a nice place to store them in Hans. I also know it will look awesome when you're done with it.

storing vacuums

I live in a two bedroom apartment, and am just about out of space. I have 26 vacuums, I do have a storage unit in the basement, guess I could start storing them there if needed, although I have most of what I want, since I'm mainly in to bagged units, aside from wet dry vacs. I actually can't close the door on some of my closets, that doesn't bother me though. I guess my apartment does look quite unique. I have two central vacuum units in the living room, two in the dining room, one in the kitchen, and one in each bedroom. Also have three backpack vacuums in the dining room as well, four wet dry vacs in the living room closet, in my main bedroom closet I have two canisters, also have two canisters in the bathroom closet, and four canisters and four more wet dry vacs in my second bedroom closet. My power heads sit on a shelf in the second bedroom closet. It's fun to show off my collection though, even people who are not really in to vacuums find it interesting. I have a book case in mhy second bedroom, and on the lower shelf is where I have all of my attachments, some came with the vacuums, others I got separately.

I keep

A few in the house , but I switch them out every week or two, Mostly I use a straight suction canister or tank, but usually go over the carpet once a week with a upright,Im not a fan of power nozzles but of course I have several, I keep a Electrolux in the house always for Donald to use, right now a Olympia, sometimes a Silverado, the building is not completely straightened out, but is getting there, 200 plus vacuums are a little hard to organize, but at least I now have room to walk.In the house right now is a 560 Kirby and a gs90 Nilfisk.
