Greetings from a bit south of Lapeer. I grew up with Eureka as well. First a 1959 Mobile Air Vibra-Beat, then a gold model 1620 canister. My mom was not a fan of an upright for some reason. She had grown up with an Electrolux XXX or model 30. |

Congratulations on your find! This filter should fit over the motor. Not sure where you might find better filtering bags. Nicholas CLICK HERE TO GO TO constellation86's LINK |

This cute gem? Just a word of advice. This is a collectible item. If you leave it in the box or never use it and handle it with white gloves, it will continue to increase in value. If you use it...... it will be just like all the other $20 Eurekas like this. And there are several like this one, currently on Ebay. I think there is even a mid 70s orange model, like this one, with a pn. I bid $94 for this NIB item, but decided to let it go because I have 4 other vacuums I'm working on getting at the moment. It didn't matter anyway as there were a few others, including yourself, ahead of me to buy it. I highly suggest you reconsider dirtying this one up. I myself would consider buying it from you, at a profit to you, of course. But not if it's been used. Here's a link to a similar used one. CLICK HERE TO GO TO delaneymeegan's LINK on eBay |
