I saw a beautiful DAM on Ebay. It does not have a rug adjustment. I had one and it had a lever on the front to adjust. How do you adjust this model, which must have been an early one?I am partial to DAMS, as it was my first vac in my first place, and I have always wanted to replace it.

The one we had growing up didn't have an adjustment either. It's a floating head so there is no need to adjust for height. It does it automatically.
