I would really like to know about this vacuum. I have done a little research and came up blank. I will attach photos because I don't know what it's called other than a bisselle vacuum sweeper.

It's a Bissell carpet sweeper, made in Grand Rapids, MI. Not a vacuum cleaner per se. Here is a manual for one I just scanned for you. Not the exact same model, but you'll get the general idea.

Its actually a pneumatic sweeper. It's got carpet sweeper parts but the rear wheels drive a set of bellows to create a weak suction through that narrow nozzle in the front. Very early example of a pre electric cleaner.

I would predict atleast between 1910 and 1918. They kind of got away from pneumatic tech like that in the 1920's, atleast it was far less prevalent.
