I seen a old eureka on eBay and it mentioned somthing about a brushroll as a Pwer Driven floor polisher. It was a brush roll with 4 brush strips on each side of the brush roll. It was a old F&G Type cleaner. Does anyone have any info about this.

i think it was phased out by the 70s. yes, ive heard of it, and once there was one of those very brushrolls, NOS, on eBay.

Here's a quick scan of the polisher from my instruction book for the model D-272 upright and W-75 Cannister (One book covered both as they were surposed to be sold together)

Hey, do you have a D-272? I have my second one. The first had a burned up armature, back in the 80's. Tried to rebuild it but could never find an armature!
The one I have now works great. Can you scan a copy of the whole instruction book. I would love to have copies for my D-272? ?
Let me know

Great word. and a gorgeously shaped shell, looks ready to sail down the floor and take off.
