Does the Electrolux model xxx supposed to have a gasket where the cloth bag goes in the front around the metal ring on the bag? The front door seems a little loose when you clamp it.

Yes, it does. That forms the seal between the front door and the machine body. Without it, there would be almost no suction.

Thanks for the information and picture how it should be installed. Wonder where I can get one? The diameter of the ring on the bag is 6 inches.
