There was nothing in the motor. It was just a staple I happened to pick up and it got stuck in the brush area. |

We have many of that exact model at work! They certainly get the job done. I have also been very impressed 28th the Sanitaire Blue Line that I got, it had the same hood as yours originally but I swapped it out for a more vintage one which I love lol. Does yours have the VG1 or the VG2 brushroll? Mine had the VG2 with brand new stiff brushstrips right now but I want to put the VG1 in it. According to the serial#, mine is from 1987.
