Thanks for the video!
Wonderful to see a "transition" model of the classic Eureka upright design: it has the top side tool port and small handle release pedal of the early 1960's, but sports the square hood and front-side power switch of the late 1960's. My instinct tells me 1966 or 1967 just before the Rugulator height adjuster replaced the top-side hose port. |

Here is a beautiful vintage TV commercial for the Eureka Vanguard Upright. It's from 1968 and it also shows the "pre-Rugulator" top-side hose port. Your MW upright is probably from the same year...maybe a year before.
