Hi folks,
I am debating taking this vacuum back to Goodwill because of missing parts: Power nozzle, wands, elbow and tools. Then there are the missing body parts: tool support cover, foot pedal (do have the pin) and rear two body fins. The tool support is damaged.

The motor sounds great and strong suction. The electric hose works (had to pull an old male pin from the socket) and used an Electrolux power nozzle to test it.

It has an red/orange body, black plastic everything else. (borrowed picture)

I read through several threads to find the parts are scarce.

So, I can either return it for credit or check to see if anyone has the parts or wants this one for the scarce parts.

Garry

You are lucky. Our Goodwill is buy "as is". If it's missing something that's on the customer not GW.

I may.....

Go back to see if anything was missed on the shelf. People move things all the time and usually do not return them. I have found parts put back with the wrong machine, before.

I have decided to keep it since I have a nice supply of the bags (including a package of Montgomery Ward version) and I think I found the right floor brush. I will use it for my shop vac. I will retire my old Electrolux for now. I have a BIG supply of Electrolux bags.
