Roommate #3, close as I get to having a kid was over yesterday with his wife and son, love of my life! 19 today, damn! He had gotten new gamer parts for his home built computer tower and they came here to fix it, clean space, bright, cool and organized? Yeah, ocd me. They got out canned air and I was why? To blast out the dust and crap! Well I think volume over pressure is your trick here boo boo. Take it out to the garage and put it on the bench outside the door. Took hose and put on exhaust of Silverado and crevice tool. I said here, take aim. Clouds 6' high rolled out of it! He was wow, this really works! Yeah and it's free! It worked well, only later cleaning up found the bag was about full, should have taken it out and run it open for a great blast! Youngster got schooled, damn feels old even to say that. He and dad in dad's old room, overhaul underway. His dad lived here at 19! So long ago. It was a great day, I was in kitchen making 2 Birthday cakes and cookies, of course.

The air blast from a vacuum cleaner is low pressure high volume safe for electronics--an air hose and compressor have too high a pressure-the dust dislodged can then act like a sandblaster from high pressure and damage insulation and such.Plus the high velocity air can generate high static charges that can damage computer electronics or newer devices that are static sensitive.
