ugh The item I looked and was all excited about getting here is not mine! I think I'll put Mariah's Bringin' On The Heartbreak on loop :-(

**unfortunately during packing the item, it suffered damage . When I was lifting it the handle twisted and broke the the self propelled - manual button. The wheel also became dis-oriented. Rather than ship an item that could cost me negative feedback. I would rather issue a full refund. $40 plus $24.95. Monday no later than Tuesday. As soon as I handle the issue with PayPal. Again, I apologize for this and I hope that I haven't caused any Inconvenience.**

Well...sounds like someone wasn't being careful packing it! These are the stories I hear from SHIPPING...not packing! I am so sorry that you weren't able to get that beautiful Eureka! It would've been a great one!

Better luck next time!

~~K~~

... or someone who decided they didn't want to sell it. I'd demand to see photos of the damage.

yeah I am not happy.. I have used those before they don't break that easily you'd better believe that I will be watching to see if he relists it.. if he does I will leave him negative feedback and report him to EBAY.

If it makes you feel any better, we have all been there a time or two.

I can recall, back from a few years ago when I dealt a lot in computer parts, one seller who was quite bad. I bought a pile of computer parts, and I had some stuff that I had singled out in the photos that I liked. So I won the lot of parts and the ones that I had liked were not there when the package arrived. I emailed the seller and he said that he tested the parts prior to shippment and they were defective so he through them out. Oddly enough just about everything else in the lot was junk, but he dident toss out any of the less valueable junk. The items in question were small enough so he should have included them regardless of condition. I'm assuming that he realised the parts were more valueable than the price I paid and he took out the good stuff.

That was just one of many issues like that I have had, but it does'nt stop me from bidding on stuff. You just need to be really careful, and don't celebrate your win until the item is safe in your house.

Also just a note - I was recently taken by a seller in Los Vegas ($125 and never got the item) - Ebay wont do much about it and Paypal is a dead loss - they insisted I give it more time as it was cross border. Then, when I did, they said it was over 45 days so they wouldnt do anything about it. So if you have to deal with them on a problem be certain its well before 45 days is up.

I had issues too

I don't know if anyone saw the fairfax vacuum that was listed this week it had r2d2 written in the title...the day it was to end the seller canceled the bid with no reason

handle the issue with paypal? what the hell does that mean? a refund should take only one minute and he should do it immediately. there is no reason you cant have your refund RIGHT NOW!.

Ok now I am pissed.. I am gonna watch.. see what happened was.. *que Judge Judy* I made him an offer.. he wanted more than that and he accepted the offer my guess is that he is going to try and relist the item to try and get more money because there was another one just like this one that got up to like 125.00 on ebay weeks prior.. I am also going to check craigslist in his/her area to make sure he's not listing it there to try and get more money.. I SMELL A RAT!

LOL I did however send the seller back and said that I would like to see pictures of the damage to see if I can fix it. (not really going to do all that but I think he's lying)

Another offer?

He may have gotten a better offer under the table and came up with a BS excuse, if that's the case, it'll never show up again. There's been these two listed lately so evidently they're still around, you'll find another I'm sure. I'll keep my eye out for one around here for you.
