I bought this Electrolux Z85 vacuum cleaner in 1997. It can be used as Vacuum cleaner with bag for dry pick up, without bag as wet pick up or as carpet washer It also has a separate tool to wash hard floors.
I use it only for wet cleaning or carpet washer.
For carpet washing a separate pump distributes the solution trough the nozzle in the carpet and the vacuum motor extract the solution from the fibres. I like this cleaner very much as the tubes for the solution is integrated in the hose and tubes and not fixed with clips.
