I have a question about centec powerheads.
So they use the poly-v grooved belt instead of a flat belt or a geared belt.
Looking closely at one, you can easily see at the motor that the v-belt grooves are there. But, it doesn't really look like the wooden brushroller has grooves - I see very faint ones, but was expecting a deep groove to match the belt.
Does this mean at the wooden brushroll side it is mainly friction? I had always assumed these were about on par with geared belts, but now I'm second guessing that.
