Does anyone know how old this is? The bag door dates to September 2005 if that's any help.

It could well be a 2005 model. Most of the them were that colour for the K1 Komfort, which is what you have there. Originally it was sold with three main floor tools such as hard floor tool, combi suction floor tool and a turbo brush. It may well have come with the older SEBO turbo brush, the TT-C model, or the newer released 6780 turbo brush, similar to what Miele supply but with a different hood and non-removable sole plate.

That K1 should have a 1.8 metre hose, but if it has the longer 2.1 metre hose then you'll get better stretch with it.

The old K1 Pet I gave to my best friend has 2100 watts. I have recommended that he keeps it rather than sells it on. The newer 700 models are good but the lack of power that the older ones have can be apparent!

This one is 1800w & has some very good suction. It's really quiet too,

All the older models had 1800 watts including the K3 Premium, which is the model I bought to replace my light blue K1 Komfort. SEBO in the UK also sold a rare "Cappucino" K1 Eco with 1500 watts, years before this EU law came in.
