When I was younger in the late 80's early 90's using a home carpet shampooer required hooking up the shampooer to a sink, if you were one of the unlucky ones the sink adapter wouldn't fit and you had to special order a special sink adapter to make it work and there was always the one spot or room that didn't get cleaned because the hose didn't reach. THE GOOD OLE TIMES

I still do. I never upgraded my Rainbow. I have the original faucet hookup.
