I've ben wanting one of these since about 2007, when I first got to play with one. Finally last month I got one from my friend Daniel. Mine had a rough life before finding its way to a vac shop as a trade in. It needed a new electric hose, which I already have, ordered it brand new from Hyla USA for $70 plus shipping, I still need the non-electric hose to complete the vacuum, and a few parts from the shampooer are missing that I plan on getting too.

I've been using it as my drive since getting it, even with the bad hose, I made use of some electrical tape to get by, and it proving to be a very good cleaner. I wouldn't say its better than a Rainbow, but it is up there in the same class.
