I won a white Oreck Dutchtech for $38 shipped today. I can't wait for it to show up.

Very cool. These were also later produced with the Wessel Werk EBK 340 headlight equipped power nozzle.

Congrats Tyler! That's an amazing vacuum, quiet, powerful, well built. I have the later one with the Wessel Werk power nozzle, and have to reduce the variable motor in half because of the extreme suction on the carpet. I worked for Oreck for a good length of time, and sold quite a few of them to very happy customers. All they usually need are bags, and filters. The power nozzle on yours actually was a Bissell product I think, any vacuum shop should be able to help you out with a new belt. The brushroll however might be more difficult. You could contact your local Oreck dealer and tell them which nozzle and see if you can still get the brushroll. I have that power nozzle on a hardside Bissell upright, model name escapes me right now.

There was one of those OreckDutchTek canisters brought in by a customer for repair. The hose wiring was bad.The vac shop man gave her an estimate on the repairs. He didn't hear from her for a long time.Machine sat in the shop. She finally came several months later and picked it up.If it wasn't going to get claimed would have had it fixed and added it to my collection. It is a nice vacuum.Count it up as one of those that got away.

I wasn't aware Oreck sold canisters with a PN. I always thought they were just the light weight uprights used in hotels and homes.
