So i thought i would update the progress on the U2716, here it is before fix www.vacuumland.org/cgi-bin/TD/TD-...

And here it is after.
I still need a bulb and lower cord hook and i am waiting for the height adjustment thats in the mail!
Unfortunately due to the plastic being ABS over time this has started to yellow.
Originally this would of been a white colour i think Hoover called it "Steller White" correct me if i am wrong.
This machine was the middle of the range the top of the line would of been the U2718 which was a metallic blue and had Auto-flex.

i nicked the tools off my Numatic for demonstration way too big for it!

upon closer inspection there are to tiny cracks where the tools go it may be hard to see
