I've been collecting Electroluxes for a long time and never knew they made a model called Ambassador II. I had the original Ambassador and several Ambassador IIIs, but I've never seen this one before. The III was made in 4 different color schemes, through the bright white with light blue trim. After that, the "Lux" nomenclature started and got confusing for a while. I attached the best pics I could find of the three color schemes not already pictured above.
I liked the Ambassador III. During its production, at least after the Epic 6000 became the Epic 6500SR, it was the only Electrolux except for the Epic 3500SR upright that used the metal nozzle, standard wands, and original Sidekick. |
