Does anybody know much about these? I only recently found out about them. I know they are used mostly in hotels and are very quiet. They also have about 4 filters. I was just wondering if anyone knew anything interesting about them.

I wish we could find out where these were manufactured. They look as if they are some sort of Lindhaus clone, just like how ProTeam is an Aerus clone. If that's the case, they certainly would be very quiet and well built. Lindhaus is Italian; perhaps the MinuteMan is the American cousin?

In my own reply (12) from this archive thread (see link) Vax in the UK brought them out under their own name and it is also sold under Lindhaus and Ristenbatt with cosmetic differences and/or upgrades.

I think they are made in Italy, according to U.S member "strictlybojack"

"..."MinuteMan M16 16" Upright Commercial Vacuum Cleaner
Includes 19 bags, made in Italy by Technica."

I looked that up, very informative. Does anyone know anything about the history of the company? I can't seem to find out much about that.

I have seen one or two in person, they are most definitely not made by Rotafil, the parent company of Lindhaus. They are somewhat similar, but very much not the same if compared in person. I have no idea who makes the Minuteman, but I have seen it under various names, the first time I saw a machine like it it was the Emer Hercules in the link.
