In my own reply (12) from this archive thread (see link) Vax in the UK brought them out under their own name and it is also sold under Lindhaus and Ristenbatt with cosmetic differences and/or upgrades.

I have seen one or two in person, they are most definitely not made by Rotafil, the parent company of Lindhaus. They are somewhat similar, but very much not the same if compared in person. I have no idea who makes the Minuteman, but I have seen it under various names, the first time I saw a machine like it it was the Emer Hercules in the link.
