I've been wanting one of these for a while and finally found one at a fairly reasonable price!  The suction and airflow are quite impressive!

The only accessory it came with is the original Douglas power nozzle.  I wasn't very pleased with it (probably because I like everything turbocharged!).

So I thought about adding this Rainbow PN to it, since they both use a three wire cord.  But alas, the PN cord is too short to reach the receptacle on the hose.  undecided

So I decided to take the wire off the Douglas PN and install it on this Eureka PN with the VGIII brush roll.  Now this vacuum beast has because a MEGA beast!

The only thing I'm not pleased with is the wand set up.  It feels very awkward and seems too short for my arms.

Attachments

None of the attachments came with it.  I'd love to get them, especially the bare floor brush and the squeegee.  But those will have to come at a later date!

There are two types of flat filters for the Silver King. One is paper, but it clogs almost immediately. One is the cloth HEPA material, and it's FAR BETTER. You can get the HEPA cloth filters from Silver King in Colorado.

I also have a Blue max 2000, but mine came with the wessel werks nozzle and gas pump hose. They are nicely built machines that are pretty powerful the only real downside to them is how loud they are.

Nice upgrade on the nozzle Bill, it'll really do some deep cleaning paired with a vibragroomer III.

Thanks for the tip!  The filters that came with it were stained with some kind of liquid.  I'm sure they're fine, but I'll go ahead and order some new ones.  smile

Conversion Cord

I finally found a Rainbow conversion cord on Ebay!  It is the perfect solution for converting to a Tristar hose.

I drilled an extra hole in this Eureka wand so that it would fit the Tristar hose.  Now I can use a Eureka Power Nozzle with a Tristar hose on a Silver King vacuum!

There is a cord

Available from proteam that is 18 inches long and goes from the hose cuff to the canister. The canister end is the same ad rainbow 3 wire just only has two prongs. With a few parts it would easy to make a nice black hose to fit the canister and fit the standard eureka wand.
