Just bought Donnie a new toy, since he's the one who cleans our house. This is the brand-new Electrolux. The model is Ultra Captic. It is the first multi cyclonic canister from Electrolux. It has 10 high efficiency cyclones. It separates the fine dust from the airstream almost better then a Dyson. It's extremely quiet. And extremely powerful. It was a great value on eBay for $195. Brand-new from Eureka direct.

Love the LED lighting. So does our border collie, Missy Mae.

Before you empty it, you press down on the lever on the handle which squeezes or compacts the dust into a cake. When it falls into the trashcan there is no flying dust. Also, since it squeezes from the top, you never have to put your fingers up inside there to pull out dog hair or lint. It's wonderful. An excellent, dust free way to empty a bagless vacuum. Donnie used it last night and loves it.

Tom, what DOESN'T filter better than a Dyson?
