Evolution upright has yet to come but the X1.1 now lowered to 850 watts and X4 in the UK has 1000 watts. Not many new colours although the K1 Komfort Eco looks like it has a brighter blue colour. Felix models have 700 watts.
Brochures haven't been updated yet though. CLICK HERE TO GO TO sebo_fan's LINK

Thanks for the info sebo_fan, shame there not having any new colours for the Eco models. Would have been good to differentiate between the higher and lower watt models.
I didn't notice they had discontinued the K3 Vulcano when looking at the new models. Did like the colour scheme on that model. It wouldn't surprise me if the Airbelt E replaces the K series eventually. |

Well apparently, the K series is enjoying quite a few worldwide sales, so it is still healthy.
The trouble with SEBO is that they aren't a big company, so they can't go and flash out different colours per model sadly. Since I've been a fan of their products for many years now, certain colour variations only come out every couple of years or so. I love the red X1.1 but less so that its a special edition at Euronics and other stores; the main colour version is the white and grey version. Same with the X4: Blue or black versions are the generic colours - the white and yellow one on Amazon UK is a rarer version.

It seems to be popular in Australia the K series.
So the E series will be an additional model giving SEBO 3 cylinder models in the line up. With it being a small family owned business I thought they wouldn't expand the range from what they currently offer just replace models with new ones. If a model is doing well it makes sense to keep it in the line up though. The E series I assume will fit in between the K and D, looking forward to seeing more E series pictures and information once more is released. I like the red X1.1 model too. The white and grey is ok. I like the X4 Pet and the John Lewis X4 Excel is a nice colour too. I thinking of the X1.1 Eco 850 watt X series model to get. Thought it be different to the rest of the range. I assume the turbo brush will work ok it ok. |

Im quite happy with my old X1A I have. I dont miss the X4 I sold at all but I think that's because I have my old Felix. I think it just comes down to whatever is in your collection and what matters. I would like to buy the Evolution model though when it finally appears. I feel that would be more important in my home.
I would like to see SEBO extend their range of vacuums though. I've often thought a SEBO bagged hand held /domestic back pack vac would be good - when you consider how popular the Dirt Devil hand held vacuum is that uses a bag, the back pack/hand held with a long cord could be a good seller - SEBO already do back pack vacuums in other countries, but they're part of their commercial contracts. Previous back pack SEBO vacuums used to use the bin assembly of the X series. |

I was set on an X4 but been told there is much difference in performance I thought the X1.1 would be just as good to have especially the new Eco model.
Do like the look of the Evolution not sure if I would want one though. Didn't realise SEBO did back pack vacuums especially using the X dust box as part of it! Think it would be great if they could expand the range more so the domestic side. I've always thought it would be good if SEBO could do a handheld or a stick vacuum using bags. There is scope to evolve the Felix model in the future to make it lighter amongst other things. Or to produce a third upright to fit in between the Felix and X series although I suppose these 2 models cover what they want them to! |

I think that was just down to the fact that when SEBO first started it was happy to make uprights only. The cylinders they made came about with customer demand, and at the time SEBO probably thought they could do a good rival to the Miele vacs and Bosch or even AEG together.
The C series after all uses only a few parts that are unique. The filter design is shared with some of the commercial uprights and the dust bags come from the X series. The C series was so well received that some companies bought it as a commercial cylinder vac even if it was never marketed that way. |
