Tom i had a 1070 convertable brand new out of the box a few years back from a Hoover dealer that let it set in a box forever in a corner. I only gave 20$ for it....Anyways..when i kinda paused collecting it got sold and i regret even thinking about that desicion. I would really like to have a new one back in its place . Since your the big hoover guy around here do you know where i could get one in fair condition? Anyone else knows? do tell

Thanks David Barnett

Hi Clarkecombi...

I am sorry, but I do not have a 1070 at this time. They are very common and I will keep an eye out for one. The two that I have are for display and my everyday driver. My perfect 1070 is in the Hoover lineup. The beat up one that I have is used daily! It is a great workhorse and seems to just keep going and going. Do not despair, they made a good volume of these machines. Unfortunately, you will probably not find a brand new one like you had, but then again you just never know!

I'd appreciate it. just goes to show the nice people on vacuum land. it was such a good machine and i hated and regret letting it go. If you do run across one give me a holler. well make a little deal.
