Exciting?? Not really, just another robot vacuum which really doesn't do much and is poor value for money.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was over 1 grand! Cos with the price of that, I can get like three Peugeot cars!

Where on earth can you get a Peugeot for £333? Odd thing to say ahah. Get me a Volkswagen any day.

Not really interesting. Robotic vacuums are obviously nothing new. Much like the release of Apple new iPhone, because it has a swanky brand name, even in the vacuum industry, it is automatically superior and better. I don't know, I think telling people I have a Sebo sound cool enough. Anyways, how uninteresting does ones life have to be to look forward to telling someone else what make of vacuum they have ahhaah.

But seriously look at Apple and Dyson advertising, and even their packaging of their products. It follows the same minimalist design.

Didn't see much of anything-just a bunch of meaningless pictures and obnoxous noises.got just a bare glimpse of the robotic vac-just another handleless sweeper!

Parwaz,

You are funny! A Peugeot for £333 no way! I do love my Peugeots though.

The new Dyson product of course will be very expensive, but as they have a huge fan base, it will find a market place and probably sell well.

Lol :P but just saying that to express how expensive Dyson products are these days

Parwaz, It seems the price is going up and up and up. Its the research and development that we are paying for by the looks of it. I tried 2 x DC50's in the shop the other day and both had wobbling handles when the plastic wand was removed and handle fully extended, erghhh!. Give it a try next time you're in the shop.

I'm shocked to find out that people in the UK consider a Dyson to be 'very expensive'. The most expensive Dyson in the US is the DC65 Animal Complete for $650. I regularly (as in EVERYDAY) pitch and sell the Maytag M1200 for $700 and people just turn over their credit cards like it's nothing. I really don't consider $700 to be 'very expensive' - as I am in the habit of selling $2400 Rainbow vacuums to people all the time. Now those are 'expensive' but at $60 per month, they are affordable.

dysonman, for the average UK wage. Yes the Dyson is expensive and also I was referring to machines we had retail years ago when I referred this to Parwaz, thank you.

Tom, take a look at what you get for that extra $50. Maytag is a better-built machine, you're paying $700 for quality, whereas you're paying $650 for plastic rubbish. Still, people are in the habit of buying $50 Wal-Vacs, so many would consider such prices as astronomical for a simple vacuum cleaner.
