I had to go to Kaiser Permanenty to order new glasses and frames. On my way in town, I stopped at Sallys and found a Royal Procision canister vacuum with the beater bar (chrome or stainless steel ) and all other attachments. The price was $8 50!!!!!!!!!!!!! There's a piece of plastic that somehow covers the bag. It came off from it dropping on its side and there's a red bar that might be the spring that pops the cover over if the bag is full. I remember the Electrolux older canister vacs had that feature but I can't seem to get it to go on right. This model retailed here at Rains Store for$599. It not only works great but is quiet to boot. Once I get to ride down to Rains,I should be able to have them give me clues on its nice features. It has numerous speeds which can increase or decrease suction infinitely adjustable. It looks similar to a Panasonic canister vac I owned in Florida. I'm selling my Rainbow for $1400. It comes complete with all the extras including the shampooing attachments and air purifier. All the sales receipts too. The original owner GAVE me all of this with all the sales receipts too. It was purchased brand new in2008. I got it a year ago and have used it only 3 times.
Is a simple bag holder. The bag clips into it that holder seats into the vacuum body. The spring loaded piece is a lock out. It won't allow the door to close all the way without a bag installed. This model was replaced by the current SR30017. Commonly called the S17. It's the same vacuum just a different color. $599!? That is obserdly over priced. This units MSRP wasn't much if any over 400. Myself and another local shop sold them for 349
