I HAVE A HOOVER 31 AND THE BAG IS KIND OF STIFF NOT REAL BAD IS THERE A WAY TO SOFTEN IT A LITTLE?

go to oreilly auto parts. get meguiars ultimate protectant for rubber vinyl and plastic. spray it librerally on the bag and work in with a microfiber cloth.

I was told to use Lexol Vinylex. Spray it onto the bag and let it soak to soften the bag. Vinylex can be hard to find. They have it at Pep Boys auto in Tulsa, OK.
