I went to visit my old town Clarksville TN, before my mom and I left we stopped at a place called bargain hunters, it's a place where online returns and shipment refusals go to be sold at a discounted price and the longer it sits in the store the bigger the discount is. I was just looking at all the neat stuff that they have and came across a few vacuums that did not peak my interest like a Shark lift away, shark sonic duo, bissell shampooer and two high end kenmore canisters, all of these were 60% off, as I stood up after looking at the kenmores it took me a second to see the sanitaire because it was in its factory brown box that only said Sanitaire by Electrolux sc3700A I knew what it was and grabbed it right away and payed $122.00 plus tax and another great thing about it is it's not used and it's not a referbished vacuum. I tried it out today and it's great.

Oh we had one of those stores! they used to sell things like that, but what i liked best is the heaps of vintage, brand-new vacuum bags they sold in the back! i would walk out of that store all the time with bags of vacuum bags! they were cheap too! the store closed and is being remodeled, wonder what it'll become!

oh and great find! laughing

Yes bargain hunters is neat..they had a central vacuum hose kit with power nozzle for $200 in Nashville but I passed it up.

Last year I passed up a brand new Miele S2 for $120.00 and I regretted not getting it.
