So My good friend in Joburg Adrian found one of my most searced for vacuums, A Moulinex The very first vacuum I saw, My Mother had the major model This is a delux but other than a speed controller for the cleaning tools They are identical. More pics to follow

Some more pics Stripdown The previous Owner that Adrian got it from had attempted to re grease the brush bearings and had messed it up badly. I also decided to rebuild the motor at the same time. |

Fan case opened up, Then removing the fan and back bracket aswell as the belt spindle sleeve, Back bearing plate off and you can see the cooling fan and really tiny bearing. |

I have never heard of the Moulinex brand. Where are they made? Are they still around? Very interesting. Looks like a well made vacuum too. |

Moulinex is a French manufacturer of small appliances. They are very much still around. They are sold around the world, except in the US where they sell appliances under the Krups brand. |
