For my Model XXX I have a hammertone teal-painted Cord-O-Matic Type T cord reel which has a flat plug containing linear knurls, a triangle graphic, and a "Sta-Tite H" label . The plug is original to the cord. Is the cord an original or a replacement? The chrome-plated cord reels I've seen have round linear knurled "Belden"-labeled plugs.

The Sta-Tite H plug end's terminals are loose, because the rubber insert which originally secured them in place has been removed. If the plug is original please tell me how I might construct a makeshift insert. Otherwise, I do have a Belden cord with a round plug that I can swap out (which I'd rather not use it if it's not the original style with the hammertone teal casing).

All I have seen were black rubber with round Belden plugs

No cam, but here is a Sta-Tite plug photo I located online--the one I have is the same but black. The yellow "insert" is what's missing.
