Just to prove that I'm not all about vintage Kirby, I present this recent Ebay find! I've been wanting one of these for a long time. Thanks to a tip from Rick Asquith, I scored! Other than the beat up brush roll, it is very good condition.

I haven't yet discovered where it is made. But I'm sure it comes from China or (most likely) Mexico.

While the F&G bag system was a great advance back in the day, I felt compelled to upgrade to the ST bag system and its advanced filtration.

The brush roll was beat up, so I installed a VGII model. I really like the way it grooms the carpet.
