Thanks for sharing the ebay listing and picture of the 1914 Cadillac. I have several Cadillacs in my collection of vintage vacuums, but my oldest is from about 1935.

The oldest electric vacuum cleaner I have in my collection, however, is a Franz Premier, circa 1917. Jim Kirby collaborated with the Franz Brothers in developing the Franz Premier.

with bachelors degree from T.C.U., Fort Worth, in 1959)
